Generate a future where there is none? A Kolla woman wonders the same thing. In 1994, when the mines were closed and in Northern Argentina, she was left without a job. Rosario Quispe formed an association of women weavers that supports 80 aboriginal communities. In 2005 she was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize.
