Bob Rennie

Bob "Condo King" Rennie is a Canadian real estate marketer and art collector from Vancouver, British Columbia. He is the founder and executive director of one of Vancouver's largest real estate marketing firms, "rennie". His art collection, the Rennie Collection, is one of the largest collections of contemporary art in Canada, with over 370 artists featured. Rennie has received an honorary doctorate from Emily Carr University of Art + Design and an Order of British Columbia for his "exceptional dedication to strengthening and enhancing arts and culture in BC." Rennie has been criticized for his role in gentrifying Vancouver's Downtown Eastside, one of the poorest communities in Canada, with the development of the Woodward's Building. He was also the marketer for the controversial condominium developments in Vancouver's Olympic Village.
