Chou She-Wei

Born in Taipei in 1960. Graduated from the History Department of National Taiwan University and received a Master of Film Arts from New York University. As a student, she won the Golden Harvest Award for Best 16mm Feature Film for two consecutive years with "Dark Road" and "Goofy". She served as the assistant director of Ang Lee's film "Pushing Hands" and participated in the production of many feature films and documentaries. She won the 2nd Golden Harvest Award for Best Feature Short Film and China Television's Best Screenwriter of the Year Award. Her personal works include the short film "The Full Moon at Home", the feature film "Golden Sun" and the documentary "National Events", etc.
