FUNG learns about KIT’s new plan and seeks to spoil it. KWOK-CHEUNG spends a lot of time looking after CHLOE when she is in the hospital. FAT learns from KWOK-CHEUNG that FUNG plans to bid for a plot of land. He offers to collaborate with FUNG but is rejected. FAT is eager to compete against the WONGS and decides to join the bidding. He asks HING for capital but is rejected. FAT is in need of money and approaches several banks for loans.
