A secret project in Korea is exposed to the US so the project gets scrapped and the sample is to be handed over when a delivery accident occurs. Director Choe tries to hide the sample as Paul searches, but they end up at the same place as Jagyeong and Lim Sang. Who will seize the sample in the end?
The Tyrant has some good ideas, its just a shame no one put them into a cohesive script.
This show is all over the place. Vague, contextually dislocated, replete with scattered story elements and sub plots, that are almost impossible to follow. The results a series of set pieces, where things happen but make no real sense.
I disliked the frustrating first episode and I doubt I'll be back for a second.
Limited upside includes decent acting, reasonable action and production values.
In summary, a series that has gotten itself caught up in its poorly articulated complexity.Perhaps it will get better but do I and other viewers, really care enough to find out?
